At Champlain, you’ll start gaining real classroom experience in your first semester—building the skills employers want while enjoying our campus community.

With support and expert guidance, you’ll increase your classroom involvement throughout the following semesters until you’re ready to take the lead. Our holistic approach to teacher education will equip you to teach in a variety of settings, and you’ll choose a focus for licensure endorsement.

  • Teaching is a career field that will always be in demand. When you study Education at Champlain, you’re taking the first step toward becoming a licensed teacher in public or private schools. You can also pursue careers in colleges, community programs, or private tutoring.
